After launching his acclaimed restaurant ‘Kooks', in Brighton’s North Laine, the former ‘Coburn' DJ/producer, returned to the studio full time in 2017, kicking out a slew of original productions, officially remixing Black Grape, Banco De Gaia and Sophie Barker and delivering a mean line in tasty bootlegs. He has been cooking up sounds both solo and with Bristol production wizard, Colin Bennun as Bennun & Healey as he blazes a trail in beats and bass.
Releases on his new label DB Stereo (run with partner-in-crime Tomcraft), have already topped club charts and have huge support and radio play from ‘name’ DJs. His new radio show, “Revolutions - Your guide to left field house” goes out monthly on EDR, showcasing the very latest in en pointe club sounds.
His deeply hypnotic DJ sets mine deep house and techno, with an ear towards all things indie peppered with moments of pure sonic anarchy, bootlegs and home-made edits to keep the crowd wowed.
