Über Winefred RT
Winefred RT
Winefred RT is the indie folk project of Chicago-based artist Zoe Bockhorst. Her music draws heavily from the legacy of folk storytellers and is shaded with the perspective of city life. Winefred RT's observational storytelling often captures the melancholy of relationships alongside the quiet beauty of everyday moments.
Her forthcoming acoustic EP captures this ethos, reflecting a journey through heartbreak, growth, and finding comfort in transience. Raised in Milwaukee and steeped in the Midwest's vibrant indie scene, Winefred RT's music resonates with listeners seeking emotional depth and relatability. You might like to listen to Winefred RT in the backseat of a car, your forehead on the chilled glass, watching the raindrops roll down the window.
