At the young age of 15, Moritz, originally from Allgäu, took up DJing on his own. Nowadays, electronic music is a big part of his daily life, and he consistently impresses audiences with his melodic, energetic and pummelling beats.

Alongside his DJing, he has been working on making his own music for a while. In order to get better at professional music production, Moritz moved to Leipzig to study audio engineering. In 2022, he released his first solo EP on the respected Berlin-based label, Patent Skillz Records, and he also had more releases on labels like Set About, Reload Black Label and Zug der Liebe.

After that, Moritz played his music at well-known German clubs such as Ritter Butzke, Birgit, MS Treue and Bahnwärter Thiel.
A personal highlight for him was performing at the Keep Yourself Festival alongside E.V.A.
After thinking it over, in 2022, Moritz decided to use his real name as his artist name. Now, you can find him everywhere as Moritz Sachse.
