Pent Up! is all about release.

Starting in a basement in 2021 in the doldrums of a global pandemic, the band that would become Pent Up! wrote original songs, drank copious amounts of beer, and prepared non-stop to burst onto the Seattle-area music scene. Three years later, they've built a “Post-Pop-Punk” sound that straddles the power of alt-rock heroes like Dinosaur Jr and Foo Fighters, the bleeding heart songcraft of the Replacements, and the adventurous punk spirit of The Clash.

Guitarists Brendan Honeycutt and Nick Kurtz, drummer Nate Oelrich, and bassist Matt Lonergan deliver high energy, locked-in performances full of punk rock fire. They serve up driving rhythms and danceable catharsis in equal measure alongside their own goofball humor, delivering one massive song after the other.
