Hailing from Tacoma, Washington, 48 Degrees North is the source of the PNW’s newest sound: 'progressive pop.' Firmly rooted in pop songcraft, but with deep influence from funk, jazz, and metal, the quintet explore new sonic territory with each release. Their latest, "Sleeping Alone," is a punchy pop hook with head-spinning instrumental chops: tune in for Aidan's shimmering tenor, Anand’s scorching lead guitar, Manuel's tinkling ivories, Hunter's lockstep bass, and Alonso's bombastic drums!
