NOT SINCE THE ACCIDENT formed at the end of 2010 from the ashes and on-goings of various other south wales bands. Rhys: vocals (ex shovits) Steve vocals and guitar (ex melophobes) Boris: vocals and bass (gung ho) Lewis drums (no choice+ gung ho) We got together and locked ourselves in a rehearsal room and started writing songs. We emerged 6 months later to play our first gig armed with a 3 track demo, blisters on our hands, about 25 minutes of material and beards.With the first gig in the bag we set about playing as much and as hard as we could and writing some more songs along the way. Fast forward a year and we released our "Paved With Gold" E.P in January on Renegade sounds records. After a really memorable release show (It was intense) and countless others we set off on our international debut in the form of a 9 day tour of America supporting A Minor Revolution (look em up). We played clubs on the weekends and house party's and basement shows through the week.This was by far the most fun I've ever had being in a band "see you in hell boys"! Not long after the tour our bass player and friend left the band to pursue other things. Luckily our good friend Iain stepped up. (he used to be in the Melophobes with steve) We are currently writing the followup to Paved With Gold it should reach your ears some time this year Watch this space!!
