Death Bed Confession is an American heavy metal group based in Denver, Colorado, who formed in 2010. The band consists of lead vocalist Jay Quintana, guitarists James Chandler and Brian David, bassist Paul Henry, and drummer Dingo Holtz. The band was formed with the goal of putting out the music its members would like to hear. Some consider it a blend of the best aspects of heavy rock from the 70s to today.
Death Bed Confession released their self-titled debut album on January 12, 2011.After working on singles and EPs, their second full length album is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2014. Although not a progressive metal band, this most recent album called “American Muscle’ plays interesting games with typical time signatures, while keeping a powerful groove.
