Danish trio Farveblind are redefining the edges of electronic music. Their sound sits where punk volatility meets industrial precision, colliding breakbeats, acid-drenched techno, punk fury, sweeping cinematic layers and pure adrenaline. Today the Copenhagen outfit release new single 'Battle Lady-Like', featuring vocals from Jesse Clasen of enigmatic US duo Foreign Air.

Teasing the release of their debut full-length, 'Battle Lady-Like' is driven by a brooding bassline and relentless rhythm, spiralling into a feverish clash of noise and emotion. Lyrically, it’s a portrait of apathy and collapse, anchored by the menacing refrain “These feet will never march” - a refusal to engage, to resist, and to take a stand.

Produced by Farveblind and mixed by Gustav Brunn (Viagra Boys, Yung Lean), the song's surreal lyrics conjure loan sharks, underground tunnels, and dreams soaked in malt liquor - vivid snapshots of a world teetering on the edge.

A hypnotic, hard-hitting statement of intent - on its creation, Farveblind said:

“Battle Lady-Like” was conceived two years ago during a writing trip to our hometown. The Mellotron part started as a failed attempt at something jazzy - almost MF DOOM-like. One night, around four in the morning, we stumbled back home pretty drunk and somehow ended up watching a Led Zeppelin documentary that we’ve never been able to find again. That’s when Jens claimed he could flawlessly play 'Immigrant Song' - which explains the drums you hear in the track. We knew we had something, but we weren’t sure what to do with it. After sitting in a folder for a couple of years, we finally sent it to Jesse and Jacob from Foreign Air, who revived it. They shuffled things around, sharpened the edges, and brought in that iconic, manic-aggressive vocal you hear today."

"I wanted this song to feel like you picked up a comic book and started reading from the middle of it. Intense and packed full of story with little context. I love collaborating because it allows for more experimentation, breaking out of the self imposed confines of a more long term project. I felt free to experiment with my voice in more of a theatrical way.”

The new single follows the Farveblind's recent release 'Salary Man' - an acid-techno/punk treatise on the monotony of office culture, featuring the snarling vocals of Sean Michael Seldorf Flaherty of Danish punks USERS
