He has backed and/or recorded with a wide array of artists from many genres, including Patti LaBelle, Gloria Gaynor, Oz Noy, Chieli Minucci, Debbie Gibson, Glen Burtnik and numerous Broadway shows, including “A Chorus Line”, “Grease”, “Footloose”, “Newsies”, and “Dreamgirls”. He currently leads his killer group, the Big Rhythm Band, performing in New York City and throughout the East Coast. On their new record, “The Power Station Sessions”, the band produces 9 groove-packed tracks, in the Contemporary Instrumental category, featuring guest artists Nile Rodgers, John Popper, Oz Noy, Lenny Pickett and Felicia Collins. As a popular clinician and educator, he taught for many years at the famed Drummers Collective in New York City, and has presented clinic performances at PASIC, Musicians Institute, Berklee College of Music and many drum shops around the globe. He has appeared numerous times on the popular Drumeo.com site, and has numerous instructional videos with Hudson Music.
