At the age of 13 Julia was introduced to singer/songwriter Preston Glass, known for his work with Aretha Franklin, Kenny G and Earth Wind and Fire. Since then, she has gone on to work with Kerry Gordy, son of MoTown President Berry Gordy who has worked with some of the biggest names in the business, such as Prince, Rick James, Michael Jackson and so many more.

Backed by an uber-talented band: Danny Steinmetz (Bass/Guitar), Vinny Corsaro (Guitar/Keys), and Zane Turi (Drums), Julia is currently working with one of the top Booking Agencies in Indianapolis, Blonde Entertainment. Recently, Julia & the guys have played at the famous Bluebird Nightclub, Rathskeller Biergarten, appeared on PBS program "The Weekly Special" and were hand-selected to perform at Pat McAfee's Charity Gala.

When not on stage (and not in class), you can probably find them all in the studio working on clever mashups of their favorite artists, or laying down tracks on their own songs.
