We invite you to the edge of the Sandy River for a weekend of vibrant beats and uplifting rhythms at the first annual Mainely Reggae Farmington. This concert features a line-up of talented artists from the local and international Reggae music scene. 

 

FRIDAY, AUGUST 16, 2024 - On Friday, get ready for Northeast legend Joe Samba, roots reggae artist Perfect Giddimani, and curated playlists from Green Lion Crew. As an added bonus, after the show commences, we'll be showing Bob Marley: One Love on the drive in big screen.  This newly released movie features the story of how reggae icon Bob Marley overcame adversity, and the journey behind his revolutionary music.

 

SATURDAY, AUGUST 17, 2024. -  On Saturday, prepare for an epic day featuring locals Catcha Vibe, the unique Maine Marimba Ensemble, Quasi Kings, and the unapologetically original six-piece band from Cleveland, Ohio, Tropidelic.

 

The event will take place at the renowned NARROW GAUGE AMPHITHEATER, a venue acclaimed for its excellent views and stunning setting. Located in the heart of Farmington, Maine, the amphitheater offers a unique outdoor concert experience for both performers and audiences alike. The stage is in front of our drive-in movie screen where—during night shows—we project the band, larger than life. The grounds are on a tiered slope—making it easy to see, explore, and find your way back to your people! The venue is lined by fields so when you are here, your canopy is nothing but the great wide Maine sky. The expanse really is breath-taking. Our blue skies, sunsets, and starry darkness are an epic backdrop for live bands.

 

Prepare for an extraordinary night of music and spirit, filled with positive vibes that only Reggae can provide.

Camping

Camp right on the festival grounds along the banks of the Sandy River. Swimming, Food, and Shopping are all within walking distance! Camping is available for the weekend on the festival grounds. Camping sites are sold separately from festival tickets. These camping prices include both Friday and Saturday Night Camping. You can stay one night or both!
