Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials

Lil ed is the best band of all time. I saw him 2 years ago at niagara blues fest. It took him 2 yrs to get back here. I told him last night i hope it diesnt take him that long again, plus he has 8 albums. Thank u jason. i have kept bothering u to get him and u did,

This show was incredible! Best Blues band ! What a great venue too. Lil’ Ed and the Blues Imperials are truly amazing. I have been enjoying them for over 25 years! They never disappoint!

Unbelievable show The whole band were all extremely talented individuals and played their hearts out Blew the roof off of the Iridium Friday night A must see for any blues fan Plays like Elmore James but even better in my opinion Can’t wait to see him again This time I will bring all my friends to fill the place up Tony Wiszowaty

We enjoyed hearing Lil' Ed as usual, but we did not care for the band that went before him. Especially since he was advertised to start the show with his performance. We were glad to have gotten there early so we got picnic table seats for our group (of 6). But as Lil' Ed played the setting sun was in our eyes, so we couldn't see the band very well and I'm sure it made it hotter for the performers too. This problem could have easily been remedied by hanging a "back wall curtain" at the back of the stage, behind the performers. I'm pretty sure that Lil' Ed cut his performance short because of the effect of the heat on himself and the Blues Imperials. We came quite a distance to see this show and It would have been nice to know that we could have brought our own lawn chairs as so many people did. Never having been to Dual Citizen Brewing Co., we didn't realize that the concert would be held outside. We also came expecting to purchase dinner before the show and found out that there was no menu except for the BBQ company that had set up a service station in DCBC. Their food was very good and the menu was limited, but we were glad it was available. I don't think we will be back to this venue for another show.

Ed put on a great show. A lot of energy and always in key

Lil Ed & The Blues Imperials just get better every time they play. New songs! New tunes on electric guitar some rock and roll?)… best we’ve heard lil Ed and IB play in long time from all shows in Chicagoland. Valparaiso was stellar. This was 10th or 12 th time we’ve followed little Ed across chicago land. Please keep plating. You guys rock!!

Stage was too short and needed a bigger venue. People dancing obscured the view. Ed was on top of his game tho. Great concert.
