About Iain Archibald Band
The Iain Archibald Band is a fresh, exciting & entertaining ‘Country-Rock’ 4-piece hailing from Melbourne, Australia.
The band’s style has been likened to artists such as Keith Urban, Zac Brown, Bryan Adams & The Eagles.
The band released it’s debut 7-track EP ‘Dirty’ in August 2013 to positive acclaim and received air play in both Australia and the USA. To promote the release Iain took his full band to play 50 shows & covering 17,000+km's in a year, playing regional & inner city venues across Victoria & NSW; such as The Forum Theatre, Federation Square & The Gershwin Room.
In Janurary 2015 Iain & his band released their second EP 'New Life,' which caught the attention of many Australian DJ's & audiences alike. They played 11 shows at the Tamworth Country Music Festival & gained a reputation for being a "highly energetic & rocking country band, with great original music." The video clip for New Life (The first single off the new EP) is currently on CMC.
