About The End Times Spasm Band

The End Times Spasm Band began at a house party in 2008 where they jammed until police arrived to investigate a noise complaint. Not much has changed in these regards: while visiting New Orleans in 2012, the band was chased off several street corners in the French Quarter, including an ill-advised stop just outside of the courthouse. With the release of High Wire Lover in 2011, the band began to tour east of the Rockies. Their song “Black Coffee” has been played on numerous radio stations, and the band has performed live on-air on WBOI's Meet the Music and WDVX's Blue Plate Special. In 2011 and 2012 they headlined Buskerfest, a celebration of street performance in their hometown. Their anti-lovesong "I Don't Roll Like That" can be heard in the documentary (A)Sexual. Liberté, égalité à la fin.
