Saturn City begins with a chance meeting of Jarvis Anderson and John Paul Caballero at Pho Cafe in Silverlake. Sharing a love of Vietnamese soup and pop hooks, the two began writing/recording the material that would evolve into Saturn City. Rachael Phelps joined soon thereafter, energizing a sound they describe as "Future Pop". Fully realized by the addition of Tony Schmidt, Jim Czech, and Stephen Edelstein, the group is ready to take over. Welcome to Saturn City Saturn City is a Los Angeles based band.
