About Faxed Head

Faxed Head is (supposedly) a group of "developmentally disabled" teenagers from Coalinga, California, who play a demented hybrid of death metal, noise and industrial music. A "Mrs. Johnson from Coalinga High School" has written biographies and letters of introduction to their music.

In reality, this faux-developmentally disabled band is a goof perpetrated by Gregg Turkington, aka comedian Neil Hamburger and owner of the Amarillo Records label, and Trey Spruance of Secret chiefs 3 and Mr. Bungle, as well as others. These two gentleman have also played together in the Three Doctors and the Bon Larvis Band.
