About Wolfpac

WOLFPAC's musical flavor is hard, energetic, and straight up in your face. They kick it old-school hip-hop style blending beats with a mix of hard-core and metal samples tempered with over the top lyrics that are far from the same old subject matter of the regurgitated rap of today. "Evil is..." the second release from the hard-hitting group unfurls sundry uncanny topics, from coming back from the dead to exact revenge upon those that have wronged you, to never backing down in a fight to the proper ways of making love to a corpse! WOLFPAC's origins stem from the Philadelphia area's BloodHound Gang, the group whose massive-selling independent release "Dingleberry Haze" earned them a major label bidding war. After landing a deal with Columbia Records, this wacky troop released "Use Your Fingers", which went on to sell almost 250,000 copies nationwide. After their second album's release, one of the founding members, Daddy Long Legs, left the BloodHound Gang and went on to concoct WOLFPAC. Soon after "Somthin Wicked This Way Comes", WOLFPAC'sdebut album released on Chord Records sold out fast to the tune of 15,000 copies without the help or confines of a major label. Instead of a million-dollar promotion push, WOLFPAC focused its growth on building a underground grass roots following, developed through word-of-mouth, touring, the internet, and storming the likes of the "Howard Stern Show" eventually making a fan of Stern himself! Aside from winning over the King of All Media, WOLFPAC have several other notches under their belts. Like sponsorships from Jagermeister, touring the nation as well as internationally with acts such as Insane Clown Posse, Slipknot, Twiztid, and many more. Their music has even been featured prominently on their own series of adult movies titled "The Girls of WOLFPAC" which gained them not one but two AVN award nominations! As for WOLFPAClive, their name is just a hint to how their performance goes far beyond mere music. Their shows are highly interactive, with the MC's in the midst of the mosh pit as often as on stage and their fans are nearly as vocal as the members themselves. "Our fans are like our family," Daddy says adding, "If you're the kind of person who can relate to our music you're the kind of person who can relate to us on a personal level!" Once described as the "Wu-Tang Clan meets the Misfits on crack", WOLFPAC's unconventional approach has found appeal with a fan base that draws from many different walks of life as well as many different demographics. "It's very fresh," Daddy says, adding, "Its all one big dysfunctional family all bound by a common tie, music! After all, isn't that the way its is supposed to be?" Hard hitting, energetic, and straight up musical flavor! They kick it old-school hip-hop style blending hip hop beats with a mix of hard-core & metal!
