UNDERDOGS A powerful and versatile trio inspired by the "desert rock" and then also moved through grunge and hardcore, supported by GoDown Records and formed in 2004, they already occupy a respectable place in the stoner & rock'n'roll underground, thanks to a lot of granitic & wild r'n'roll gigs all over Italy and abroad, supporting international cult bands such as Nebula, Josiah, Colour Haze, OJM, Joe Lalli (Fugazi), The Answer, Brant Bjork (Kyuss), and more.. The lucky debut album "Ready to burn" was released in 2007 for GoDown Records, followed in 2009 by an E.P. unplugged "Dogs without plugs" (self-produced and available for free download). After two year away from the scene for recording the new album & changing drummer, the long-time dynamic duo Simone (bass&vox) and Michele (guitars) have joined forces with new drummer (Alberto Trevisan) and this super-union of rock-and-roll power is a force to be reckoned with! With an arsenal of influences the new album "Revolution Love" (2011) steps up to the plate and delivers a grand slam every time. This album is loaded with heavy riffs and melodic guitar/bass crossfire reminiscent of classic LED ZEP, BLACK SABBATH blended tastefully with the vocal stylings of modern dynamos QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE and KYUSS. The REVOLUTION LOVE TOUR gone very good through Italy and europe (UK, Austria, Germany - one show at White Trash in Berlin was been captured in a free download bootleg live). Meanwhile, from January 2013, the same 3 members of Underdogs joined forces with the Austrian singer Elvis Nine of to continue his project called SOLRIZE, a well known band in the European and American stoner scene, thanks to a records (“MANOCORNUTA”) produced and recorded in California by Scott Reeder (Kyuss, Unida, etc.) as SOLRIZE they are touring Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, France... Summer 2013: the band works for the new chapter, a brand new album completely different from the past but with some old fixed points that had marked their songwriting.. This album (UNDERDOGS) comes OUT worldwide in July 2014 in all digital store (by GARAGE RECORDS). Nel 2007 esce il fortunato esordio super stonerrock "Ready to burn" (per la GoDownRecords) molto apprezzato dagli amanti del genere, a cui segue nel 2009 "Dogs Without Plugs", riuscitissimo E.p. di 7 tracce totalmente unplugged autoprodotto e distribuito gratuitamente per in fan in free download. Segue REVOLUTION LOVE nel 2011, un disco intenso e variegato, che pur mantenendo l'amore per lo stoner kyussiano degli esordi inserisce nuovi spunti melodici di derivazione grunge e alcune ritmiche "speedy" rubate al punk e al noise (tanto caro ai 'dogs da tempi non sospetti..). Dopo soli 2 anni, il terzo cambio di batterista e vari tour in Italia ed Europa (tra cui uno show al White Trash di Berlino, da cui è tratto omonimo bootleg live free download), gli UNDERDOGS entrano in studio nell' agosto 2013 per realizzare il nuovo capitolo: un nuovo disco completamente diverso dai precedenti ma con alcune connessioni con il proprio passato.. Nel frattempo da gennaio 2013 gli stessi 3 componenti si unisco al cantante austriaco Elvis Nine per proseguire il suo progetto SOLRIZE, band molto conosciuta nella scena stoner europea e americana, grazie ad un disco prodotto e registrato in California da Scott Reeder (Kyuss, Unida, ecc) e portato in tour con questa nuova line-up italiana in Svizzera, Austria, Germania, Repubblica Ceca..
