1 - Sore (IPA: sɔːrɛ), means "afternoon" in Indonesian, is an Indonesian pop/jazz band. They released "Centralismo" in 2005, chosen as one of 5 Asian Albums Worth Buying (Time, September 12, 2005) and "Ports of Lima" in 2008.

2 - SORE (Source Of Raw Energy) - American nu-metal/rapcore/alternative band, formed in Milwaukee, WI in December 2000 and led by a rapper The DRP. The other members are: V Maxx (also vocals), Andre (guitars), Geoff Slater (drums) and Mark (bass). Shorty after forming, they blew everyone's eardrums and won a $10,000 prize to release a self-titled album in 2003 (and shoot a music video for song "Position") and a demo year earlier. Their music has been used in 4 cinema movies, various video games and 4 different ESPN soundtracks.

3 - Sore, French nu-metal/alternative band. They released 2 albums: Guatam (EP) in 2003 and Asphyxie (LP) in 2005.

4 - Sore, German death metal/grindcore/goregrind band. They have released 1 album, entitled "Gruesome Pillowbook Tales".
