"When We Met," the entrancing NW native duo of Bryan Casey and Melissa Dorres, captivates with a sound that blends nostalgic acoustics and futuristic ambient effects, creating an indie folk / psych pop sound.
When We Met started a melodic voyage in 2014 and wove a tapestry of sound that bridged alternative rock and post-punk domains. Their journey through various auditory realms is not only evident in each release but also reflects an evolution, embracing and transcending genres, crafting a signature soundscape that becomes unmistakably their own.
2023 heralds a new chapter with a new collection of indie folk/ psych pop songs. This fresh direction doesn’t replace their roots but entwines them, inviting listeners to explore new more intimate, yet familiar, ethereal musical landscapes.
