The Workday Release is a songwriting project created by Orange County, CA based musician David Ottestad. Since 2009, Ottestad has released six records consisting of various production and genre styles.
Speaking of The Workday Release, Ottestad says, "It's not a name I wear. I've come to think of it more as a safe place for me to process life through songwriting and connect with people who see pieces of their story reflected in the music."
