About Krystie Steve

Krystie Steve is an Australian recording artist with a feminine yet resilient edge that speaks volumes to her audiences. Miss Steve pulls on heartstrings with personal stories she shares through music, taking to the skies with her strong, powerful and soulful voice. She has attitude but grace, she writes music which is very honest and relatable to the majority. Inspired by blues, r&b and pop Krystie has found herself experimenting with a mixture of sounds which has resulted in producing a unique sound. In 2016 Krystie won a place in the TOP 10 'People's Choice Awards' in the Independent Music Awards. Krystie also supported the likes of Mya (USA Pop Star), Peking Duk (AUS Electro Dance Duo) Jess Mauboy (AUS Pop celebrity) and also featured as a YouTube ambassador standing against online bullying and creative empowerment through visuals. Krystie Steve has been awarded a government grant selected by Music NSW which took her to Melbourne to attend one of the biggest music seminar in Australia, through Melbourne Music Week. In the few weeks of 2017, Krystie embarked on a NSW Schools Tour, visiting over 10 NSW based schools on a 6 week tour, empowering and inspiring the Australian Youth and telling her story as an artist. Krystie is heavily influenced by her father who left her with the blues in her heart and a drive for change in her eyes. He father passed away when she was 13 from suicide and today Krystie has all intentions to encourage change in the way depression is viewed. Krystie, who is often in the media spotlight has been lucky enough to perform her music on some incredible stages and continues to push the boundaries of the Australian music industry. Krystie Steve has been featured on Balcony TV, Skrilled Magazine, Missguided Fashion Blog, The Daily telegraph, Daily Mail UK, Sydney Confidential, Brag Magazine, performed at Cruelty-Free Festival, Fringe Festival, Parramatta NYE Festival, AIMA’s After Party, You Tube Pop Up Filming @ AFTRs Soon to debut her EP, Krystie has plans to take her music international! Available in iTunes & Spotify NOW Latest: 'Play My Fire' 'SOBRIETY'
