Хиподил

Hipodil is one of the most popular Bulgarian punk-rock bands.
After its establishment in 1988 in Sofia the band won popularity thanks to its punk image and the ironically-scandalous lyrics.
A few years after it was created, several changes were made inside the band,
which were crucial for its future. Svetoslav Vitkov(vocals) and Luchezar Marinov(drums)
came into the band. Later, they turned into the main creative and emotional
engine of the quartet(which also consisted of Peter Todorov(guitar) and Ventzi(bass))
A lot of concerts, albums and tours followed, accompanied by many alcohol caused scandals.
Although old generation musical critics define their texts as simple and pornographic,
the band created most of the popular punk-rock anthems in the musical history of Bulgaria, such as "Nova Gradska," "Bira s vodka," "Bate Goiko" and "Skakauec"
After Luchezar's departure,the band changed its name to Svetlio and the Legends and have released one album called "Bulgarno".
