Formed in 2008 by Sasha'mani Francois and Mark Anselm, City Billies includes some of the most talented and eclectic musicians in Brooklyn. Sasha’mani and Mark grew up listening to folk, bluegrass, country and old time music and met when their reggae bands crossed paths.
They released their debut EP 2011 with more singles and a new video being released in 2017. City Billies has performed at venues such as Littlefield, Southpaw, Sunny's Bar and Rockwood Music Hall.
