About An Isle Ate Her
An Isle Ate Her was technically formed in July 2007 under a different name. For two and a half years Chaz, Collin, Matt and various other members over time played countless shows and embarked on a couple small scale tours, and at the same time were constantly building their skills. At the beginning of 2010, they wrote two songs which they knew were far beyond the ability of their former moniker's current music. That's when An Isle Ate Her actually started. AIAH took these songs and a few others and recorded Desiderium, the band's debut EP, and released it digitally in July of 2010. Since then, they met Eric, the band's first, full-time bassist, played dozens of shows with local and national touring acts alike, and wrote several new songs. These new songs were recorded over the summer with Paul Hundeby of City of Ifa/City Pro Recording, and released Phrenia on September 26th, 2011, which has received nothing but positive reviews. An Isle Ate Her plans to keep playing shows and spread their insanity as far is it will go. Hiatus
