Focusing on solidarity and creativity the band displays a diversely driving idea of what it is to make intelligent heavy music. Influenced by everything from H.P Lovecraft to Megaman, This Hideous Strength frankly goes any and everywhere they want to musically. In June of 2008 This Hideous Strength recorded and released an EP entitled “We Never Sleep." The material was met with a massive surge of interest and the group quickly found themselves being spotlighted in the southeastern United States music scene. After a brief hiatus, This Hideous Strength is back with a vengeance.
