Ziggy Marley

The Salt Shed is a new venue for shows and this event on the “Fairgrounds” was well run. Layout for food and beverage, restrooms, and crowd was good. I was GA so no reserved seating.some bleacher style seat that were first come. Clean and (very) loud sound system.

Fantastic show and vibes! Everyone was so nice and chill there and the seating was very nice. The pavilion is beautiful and the space to dance made it an even more enjoyable night. Ziggy Marley did not disappoint at all. His music and dancing were pure good energy. Great time! I do wish that drinks were not $10 plus but we dealt with it. It would be nice for that to change in the future.

Halfway through this absolutely incredible show a full moon slowly came up behind the stage to put a cap on a perfect evening. An entire set of Bob Marley song by his son Ziggy Marley doesn’t get any better..

Venue: Excellent sound. Possibility to get closer to stage. Artist: incredible energy, awesome tribute to his dad. Album Kaya was the first gift from my then boyfriend...1980...now my husband who attended the Bend concert with me. Brings back so many memories. Also of Jamaica where we went 4 years ago, toured Bob Marley's house in Kingston, talked to Chris Blackwell at Golden Eye, visited some small villages on the non touristic NE coast. Amazing how Ziggy and the family have been able to carry on the legacy of Marley. From the diversity of the crowd, you could see that young people were also touched by the reggae music. This was our 3rd concert attendance for Ziggy, the other two in Arizona, but that was the best venue, sound wise with a vibrant atmosphere.

It was a super amazing show only downfall is we had some Indian people sitting behind us drinking fireball pints of whiskey and screaming at the top of their lungs behind our ears and hitting our chairs very disrespectful

Ziggy- always a crowd pleaser. Jammed irie vibes from his songbook. Shed some tears during “War”, a classic taken from Halie Selassie’s 1960 UN speech. “Is this Love”, rocked the house where he quipped, “Jah provides the bread”. Uplifting set also included “a beach in Hawaii”, look whose dancing and tomorrow people. Ziggy came out during the Jack Johnson set and delivered a beautiful duet. All in all a great evening with a packed house.

I & I greet you in the name of His Imperial Majesty, JAH! Rastafari! Brother Ziggy Marley was amazing! From start to finish. He began with pimper’s paradise, “I shot the sherif” “Get up, stand up” “No woman no cry” “redemption songs” …you name it. What a wonderful way to channel Bob Marley’s energy and pay tribute to him by his oldest son. A magical moment!

Ziggy and venue were great except for when we left. Took us a half an hour to get out of our parking lot. We sat and watched a whole line of cars parade by us for a long time. We parked in the lower section.

Absolutely incredible event, perfect crowd, amazing atmosphere and outstanding performances. Traveled for the event and couldn’t have been happier. Me my partner and little brother had a phenomenal day and evening watching the sun go down listening to top quality reggae

Ziggy was the star! That is why I’m giving 5 stars!! He is a Marley! Pure talent, humanitarian , amazing band, back up singers and is a true performer for his fans!! I wish I’d known he was opening for Franti. It’s my fault for not reading the acts as they would perform. We left two songs in for Franti. We stayed at the winery for a little while longer and saw droves of people leaving during his set as well. I was there for Ziggy and was so thankful we were blessed to see him at all. However, I’m beyond disappointed with Franti. I felt like I was at a pop, laser show concert. It won’t take away from Ziggy. I still had fun. One Love!! ♥️

As always the Ziggy show was excellent. Wonderful venue, great energy, and positive vibrations. It's so good to have love and light in a community experience with beautiful music. This an experience that all humans should be a part of.

I saw Ziggy for the first time when he was 17 with The Melody Makers. My wife and I have seen him several times and this was the best show ever that we have seen! Outstanding with a fantastic vibe!

This was my 3rd time seeing Ziggy over the last 28 years. He always puts on a brilliant show of his own music, and pays tribute to his father by doing excellent renditions of a few of his songs. This was my first time in Montreal, and it was great to see that the audience there was as excited and vocal as the audiences in Vancouver venues.

had a great time, too bad about not bringing your own chair because there is more dirt sections than grassy areas. I did notice chair rentals but with the drinks and food prices pretty high; just didn't want to add another expense. overall, great crowd and show was fantastic

Amazing show! This artist is incredible! When you see Ziggy Marley it is like seeing both him AND his father! I first saw him in Santa Barbara over 25 years ago and WOW! He has matured and become an incredible beacon for Peace!

I wish there was an encore but it was still amazing. Thank you Ziggy Marley for amazing show last night. looking forward to another one of your concerts near LA. 3 years in a row for me and I'm hoping many more. One love

The concert was great...the venue and security too strict..it's a reggae show for goodness sake,they shouldHave it there anymore orAny reggae show for that matter..can't dance freely ..they keep telling you to stay in your sit..wtf..I will never go and watch a reggae show there ever again.

It was amazing. Everything I wanted and more. Such positive energy and good vibes. He also played 5 Bob Marley songs as an added bonus. I waited 26 years to see him and it was well worth the wait. Thanks Ziggy !!!

Amazing concert! He danced, he sang, his kids where watching off stage. He sang his older stuff, some new songs, and sent chills down my spine when he covered One Love. He does Honor to his father and is amazing in his own right.

I really felt connected and moved spiritually by the energy Ziggy expressed! The entire group was joyful and very engaged in the music! It would be a significant life experience I am hopeful to have some day to contribute my abilities to return some of the love Ziggy and the Melody Makers give to so many!
