Against Me!

From start to finish this show was nonstop badassery. Both the openers were great (I'm a fan of sincere engineer so that was super awesome to see, and am now a new fan of plasma canvas). I'm also a long time Against Me! fan. They killed it. They put together a stellar song list and packed so much into the hour and half they were on. So good. So so good. If you haven't seen Against Me!... It's a must.

Amazing. Loved it. Unfortunately the two songs I wanted to hear off white crosses were the only ones he decided to change to acoustic, and he most likely never plays them normally so it was my only chance to see them! Amazing nonetheless

This concert was absolutely amazing. The amount of free stuff that was given out was incredible??? Like I was totally not expecting that much. The food was great and the space is really cool. It did get insanely hot and humid inside near the stage but with that many people there it’s hard to cool it down.

Fantastic sets from all 3 bands! It was a high-energy and well-organized show. The staff at The Phoenix did a great job. I would definitely recommend seeing either or all of The Dirty Nil, Bleached, and Against Me! live, you won't be disappointed.

Laura Jane actually passed out from the heat but she carried on and gave us even more to admire her for. Band was wonderful and killed it! Loved Bleached and Dirty Nils, too. Love you LJG and hope you’ve recovered.

This was my first punk rock concert !! Laura and her band were amazing ,would totally recommend them to any other rock lovers . I want to see them again !!! They were so dang good !!!!!!!!

What a high energy and total audience involved concert!!!! Such a great show...non stop...a sing along for all!!!! Love Against Me and their musicI wasn't crazy about Ace of Spades new changes still not good seats for EDA... area of $35 dollar seats should be ramps for special needs...Food was amazing!!!! Staff not friendly or supportive

just so everyone is clear, it wasn't a show, it was a book signing. That, however, does not mean Laura didn't bring it because she definitely did. It was really awesome to get to see her talking and being personable with the crowd. Ive been to an Against Me! show and they're a "let's play music and forget about shit" kind of band so there isn't a lot of talk between band and crowd. Which is honestly a big reason why they're great fucking shows to go to.Now, back to this book signing, it was one of the best nights of my life. Most definitely. Laura read parts of her new book, Tranny, but she also gave us bits that you wouldn't get from the pages. She told us the ride of writing a book, what's it like to reflect on the old journal entries, and what it's like talking to old friends to cover what is being put in about them within said book. We got to see her laugh, smile, chuckle at our jokes (and hers), listen to our stories/questions... i mean, it was no let down. Completely worth the CalTrain trip up to SF, various Lyft rides, and standing. She had to sign books for everyone but was not rushing any of us, nor was the bookstore. It was like having a nice visit with a friend-- a very kick ass, and awesome, friend.

Great concert! I wish Against Me! had a longer set, but I can't complain. The crowd got a bit intense during Bad Religion; I actually fell and got stuck in the pit and had to get pulled out. But people aside, the venue was great and so was the music!

Against Me! Never fails to live up to their awesome reputation - even better live than on the albums - LJG and the band wowed me yet again with a stellar performance - high energy - great song choices -

Seeing Against Me live is definitely a grand life experience. I feel I was given a wonderful opportunity to be able to go to their show in such an intimate setting. Everything about the show was spot on. The music was loud and concusive, the musicianship was solid and the pure, unregulated energy pushed out by Laura and the guys was god like and engulfing. It was amazing to see Laura do her thing. She was all over the place. She danced and screamed and crowd surfed until she was soaked in sweat. Her hair plastering to her face and arms and her clothing becoming skin. The smile on her face as we all filled the pit and sang along with her was something that can only be described as pure joy. Like a mother seeing her children for the first time after their birth. And the same goes for all that attended. Everyone there was ecstatic. Adult men and women looking like they were about to pop from the wiggles that they could not contain. My favorite part of the show was after they were done rocking everyone's faces off and Laura was first off the stage. She ran down the steps and out the side door where a few of us were planted. As she passed, I hollered a thank you with all my sincerity. She stopped, tucking her soaked hair behind an ear as she whipped around, gave a huge smiled and said thank you back. What a great show. Mix humanism, love, acceptance, emotionallity and high energy with great music and you've got an Against Me show. Do your life a favor and go see Against Me.

Laura Jane Grace talked to me and my friends after the show. Against Me! put on such a great show and they played every song I wanted to hear... My only complaint is that the show was held in the little room in stubbs and it was a packed house. Couldn't get a good pit going.

that show was amazing. it was awesome to feel like I was at an old school concert with the crowd flipping out storming the stage. Laura jumping in to surf. the sound was tigh.t and the set was a perfect mixture of old and new. besides feeling like I was gonna die of dehydration I didn't want it to end!!!!

Ive seen them 7 times and this was the best. Never have I seen them have as much fun. Got to meet them at a meet and greet at a record store then danced my face off.

They had a pretty good lineup! Laura called out and yelled at some dude who was pushing people at the front of the stage - solid entertainment there.Only con was the amount of teenagers there who were throwing drinks and articles of clothing throughout...security wasn't on their game either.

The show was delayed 40 minutes and the band took a really long time to set up. this normally wouldn't be a problem but I was from out of state, I drove an hour there. We parked in a parking garage and had to enter in a time for the parking ticket. We had to leave the show 7 songs into their set. As far as the band went. they sounded great. I've seen them four times and have always loved their show. if you would go to the majestic theater, make sure you have enough cash on you and get there early because it became crowded fast.

Laura Jean Grace was fierce. An amazing show full of energy & true punk spirt. Against Me! are real & the show showcased how they are not afraid to open themselves up & share the most intimate part of their lives.

I've seen AM! about seven or eight times this was probably the best show yet. they pulled the setlist from their whole catalog and sounded amazing. I don't think I ever saw Laura Jane Grace that into playing a show when she presented as male.

Excellent performance. It was almost a completely different band than who I saw 6 years ago opening for Jimmy Eat World and the Foo Fighters. Incredibly intense and involved. They had the audience captivated from the first to last song.
