Stringtown Ambassadors

Hatched in Asheville, NC, the Stringtown Ambassadors was founded by Rosalind Parducci (fiddle) and Arlo Blaisus (mandolin) in 2013. These two artists toured together across the US from June 1 2014 through July 31 2015, performing in over 30 states in coffee shops, bars, restaurants, house concerts, festivals, pine tree stages and open spaces. In August of 2015, the band shifted course, with Rosalind becoming the front-woman and Arlo returning to Asheville to pursue separate projects. Stringtown has since become a rotating collaboration, and artists who've played as members of the Stringtown Ambassadors include banjo-chanteuse Erin Inglish and songwriter & guitar-guru, Thomas Spellman. In the fall of 2015, Parducci will be touring with Erin Inglish and Kenneth Davis, our lively man on percussion. A rotating collaborative band hosted by N. CA fiddler and singer, Rosalind Parducci, the Stringtown Ambassadors are a group of vibrant new-folk artists.
