Being one of the pioneer Pagan/Folk Metal bands from Argentina, Tersivel has a unique sound, full of power, heroism, darkness, mysticism and passion, which makes you sense the energy and the emotions of the warlike histories narrated in the songs. After the greatly praised first album "For One Pagan Brotherhood", Tersivel gives life to "Worship of the Gods", which is about the history of Roman Emperor Julian "The Apostate", an album which examines the life of one of the most interesting characters in the ancient world. Julian’s life and sudden death give us not only an insight of what late Roman times were, but also an inspiring story of a man who tries to restore Paganism in a decadent empire. The band was formed back in 2004 in Wilde, Buenos Aires, Argentina. During the next years the band started playing live and developing its identity and style given by experience and changes of members. After two demos, Tersivel released its first EP "Far Away in the Distant Skies" in 2010, setting up Tersivel's unique sound, and making the name appear in the radar of metal music lovers from all over the world. The following year was the year of "For One Pagan Brotherhood" debut, Tersivel's first album. It was greatly acclaimed and received several positive reviews and allowed the band to play internationally for the first time. To support this album, the band headlined two tours, "Sudamerican Pagan Brotherhood Tour" in 2011, including the Caviahue Fest in Chile and the ThorHammerFest IV as headliners in Brazil, and "Pagan Cities Tour" in 2012. In 2014, "Argentoratum" music video and single was released. In 2015, along with renowned Argentine bands as Serpentor, Tren Loco and Mastifal, Tersivel headlined Huarpe Cuyum festival made in San Juan, Argentina. From then on, the band was fully focused on the new album "Worship of the Gods", released on October 27, 2017.
