About Matthias Reim

His first single was released in 1990, called "Verdammt, ich lieb dich" (means: "Damn, I love you"). It sold 2,5 million copies and was 16 weeks top of the charts in Germany. Since 1971 no single had been longer on this position permanently. This record Matthias Reim shared with Boney M.

His first album "Reim" released soon after. Until 1999 another nine albums were released by the "Polydor"-label. His album "Zauberland" (means: "magician land") was also released as international version in Canada under the title "Wonderland". In the year 2000 Matthias Reim released "Wolkenreiter" (means: "rider of the clouds"), his first of four CDs released under the "EMI"-label. His last CD is called "Unverwundbar" (means: "Unhurtable") in September 2005.
