Ally Venable Band

What an incredible show. Opened with Hubb and the Heavy Hearts. They tore it up. What a great opener. Then Ally Venable played and she was amazing. Closed the show with surprise guest Devon Allman doing Are You Experienced by Jimi Hendrix. The band was very fan friendly after the show. An amazing night at a great little venue.

The "Blues Queen of Kilgore" and her band were Spectacular! Thank you Ally for a great evening. We first saw you at the Back Porch...you were probably 15 or 16? and have seen you many times since, follow you ALL around the World through your FB page. I had tickets for this concert but the day of the concert I woke up with walking pneumonia. We had planned on driving down from Northern Nevada. I'm so bummed because I've been following the Ally Venable bad for a couple of years now and still have not seen them in concert. I wish they would book some concert dates in Northern Nevada. Ally is an amazing and talented artist. It's a long shot but I might be able to get to Indianapolis or Evansville in December. We'll see

Forget the storms around Texas, Ally descended upon Dallas at the venerable Granada with an EF5 set that showcased her hypnotic stage presence, improved big sound, and tight song arrangements. Her time on tour with blues icons was not wasted. As her album drop to #1 Billboard Blues Chart recognizes, she is the goddess of blues artists:

Great venue our first time there and we will be back! Mathias Lattin opened and this young man is going places, great person and musician! Ally Venable Band.....incredible! We first saw a few years back open for Kenny Wayne Shepherd and knew we needed to see her/band as headliner. I must say one incredible evening, the band was spot on and Ally's singing and playing was out of this world!

Ally Venable is always awesome. This was my fourth time seeing her & I believe the very best. We drove in from STL for the 2nd year in a row. First time was with Buddy Guy & saw her with Allman Betts Family Reunion in STL. I hope she comes back here soon. STL has great concert venues! I’d like to see her play at The City Winery. It’s just like Mojo’s but nearly twice the size. 6000 sq feet & seats 225. Great food & seats are $30, $25 & $20. I saw Ana Popovich there and many others. It would be my dream & I’m flying to Atlanta for the Stones lol. Ally I will always come see you if you play if 3 hours or less from STL 😉

ALLY was fantastic but was only allowed 1 song with Devin (I’m No Angel) then the finale Midnight Rider with the rest of the performers (I’d already left by then out of boredom). Unless it’s just for fun I’m not sure why she plays with them although she’s been doing it a while. The local talent was great! And Duane Betts was unbelievable. Devin was Devin. I’ve watched him grow up (if that’s what you’d call it). We had amazing floor row F center seats that cost plenty to watch an Allman cover band that I’ve seen before in a few incarnations. (I’ve seen better ones without an Allman in it). The set list was good but if not for Betts…. I think I’ve seen a few of the locals at 61 Roadhouse and they were all good. I only got tix because Ally was going to be there. Out of all the musicians I think she played the least 😕 The Factory was fast becoming my favorite music venue in town. This time some of the staff was totally nice, helpful, etc. Others not so much. I hope Ally comes back soon with her band or KWS.

This was my third time seeing Ms Ally Venable and each time she has put on a great show ! She has proved to me that she can hold her own against the big boys of Blues/ Rock guitar !!! The only way she could have been better would be to play a longer set !!!

I drove up to San Antonio to see Ally open for Kenny Wayne Shepherd. I thought I’d better see this up and coming guitar phenom before she gets really big. She did not disappoint. It was a great show and her guitar playing, singing and her band are the real deal.

Ally is a great and an excellent singer and guitar player, she’s very humble giving her autograph and taking pictures with all of her fans. Excellent band musicians , Isaac the Drummer, E.J and the organ guy! I recommend this band to everyone! Let’s keep supporting Ally Venable Band! Thanks Ally!

Ally and the band absolutely crushed it once again! I like the seating and intimacy of the preforming area, however the hallway from the beer line/ merchandise area/ restroom/ establishment exit is a hazard. Having that much foot traffic in such a confined area almost ruins the performance for me. This was the second time at Ludlow Garage and second time seeing Ally preform there. If it wasn't for the talent that Ally and her band bring, I wouldn't like going there.

Ally played a great show and we had a great time. Although I'm sure it wasn't her biggest or best audience she still gave 100% and rocked the park The chance to meet her after the show and grab a picture and a signed album was really cool too Will definitely be looking for chances to see her show again

Lafayette music room, Memphis, Tennessee was outstanding! The service and attention we received from the staff from getting our reservations all the way through to the last beer at the end of the show was as good as we have ever had. And we have been to a bunch! Ally Venable is a real darling! I know her folks are proud! She is truly outstanding, extremely professional, personal, and a wonderful, wonderful artist and person! We look forward to seeing her again soon. May the Lord bless and keep you, Ally! May He provide great safety, in the best of fortune!

Ally was everything I expected from watching her videos but you can't beat seeing her live! Great guitar player and what a voice! She also did a meet and greet at the merch table after the show and was truly gracious and kind. I can't wait for her to come to South Carolina again! Thanks for the great show Ally! 🎶🎵✌❤🙏🇺🇸🎵🎶

This was my first time at Ludlow Garage. The venue was, for a lack of a more cleaver term, intimate. The venue was laid out in an "L" with the stage at the corner of the "L". One complaint about the venue is the lack of flow between the alcohol line, merchandise line, bath room and entrance/exit. The whole flow was bottled necked at the bottom of a stair case and the lines were intermixed and if the patrons were rude (which Blues-Rock fans aren't) that area could get ugly real fast. The intersection where the venue, alcohol, merch, bathroom and venue entrance and exit was on top of each other and just simply poorly laid out. Parking was typically of a tight downtown area and I ended up having to park 3 blocks away from the venue. As for the performance, Ally and her band absolutely crushed it. This is the second time I have seen her live and this time, due to the venue and my seat location, I could see the stage, her and her band better. She can absolutely sheard that guitar!! I just wish she had a longer set. She and her band was kind enough to sign mech and take photos with the audience after the show. Definition of a southern sweetheart at the merch table. I am really looking forward to her new album!

It was amazing ! Ally is always very kind with all her fans. She takes a minut for everyone of us. I was talking with her that occasion twice, before and after of her concert. This was the 4th time that I have seen her in concert. Now she went to Europe to play overseas, wow ! 👌

Great show by Ally and her band. Man she can play a guitar. Second time seeing her. Saw her in April with Buddy Guy. Lots of energy and Blues and Rock and Roll. Will go to her next concert in the area. Venue was really nice. Everyone could see and hear the shows. Also good food by the vendors. Will be back next year. Traveled from Merced.

I had never heard of them until I saw them at Michael Arnones Crawfish Festival. I was BLOWN AWAY! They are among my top 2 favorites now! She is such an amazing talent and a fabulous stage presence. They are a young band but play as though they have been playing together for 50 years! If you have the opportunity to see them DO IT!! You won’t be disappointed believe me!!! Blues rock at it’s best!

First time I saw Ally perform was in 2019 and she was great then. Three years later, her guitar skills are much improved and she’s coming into her own. Got to meet her after the show and she was so humble and just grateful to be living her dream. Looking forward to seeing her career grow moving forward.

Everytime I see the Ally Venable Band, they just keep getting better. And this show just reenforced my belief that she'll be one of those artists that years from now you'll be telling your friends about seeing her at a small club...(and Six Springs Tavern is one of the best live venues in North Texas for live/original music)
