One of Brazil's most well known and respected DJs, Maestro Billy accumulates great success and history over than 20 years of career. For 15 years, ( from 2000 till 2014), he was the DJ of "Caldeirão do Huck” (literally, Huck's Cauldron), aired every Saturday by Brazilian biggest TV network Rede Globo. The show tops all viewing ratings of its time slot and is broadcast to the entire Brazilian territory, as well as to 115 countries via Globo International. Twenty million people watch the show every week. Professional musician, plays piano and keyboard, is a music producer in his audio post production studio in São Paulo and Berlin, the Studio Mellancia, his curriculum has remixes for established artists such as Lulu Santos, Ana Carolina, Jota Quest, Ed Motta, Orishas, Michel Telo, Claudio Zoli, Morcheeba and produces tracks and all sorts of áudio materials for advertising and digital media. Maestro Billy was the "coach" of the first reality show about DJs in Brazil the ' Battle of DJs', aired on Sundays at Multishow a paytv channel in 2013. The program was about to find a new talent in electronic music, and for that, he had great pickups professionals to judge the participants like DJ Marky, DJ Zegon, DJ Andy and many others. Performed at a Luau on the Summer Festival in Shiomi Beach for 3000 people, an event for the City Council of Hamamatsu in a outdoor event for up to 2000 people and also performed in the cities of Tokyo, Toyohashi , Ibaraki, Tsukuba and Nagoya . One of the greatest event in his career, was the opening act of pop singer Beyoncé’s tour MRS CARTER 2013“. Chosen by the singer's own production, Billy played in the cities of Fortaleza, Belo Horizonte, São Paulo and Brasilia, to more than 50 thousand people in each presentation. Maestro Billy delighted audiences playing a special musical set for each city, mixing various national and international successes . In 2015 Maestro Billy moved to Germany in search of different perspectives for his work. In his constant need to enhance and upgrade his production skills, in 2016 Billy specialized in Audio for Video Games and VR through Berklee College of Music. Also, this move will greatly benefit his 25-year expertise on DJing and producing, due to this different mix of Europe's electronic scene with the Brazilian way of playing, composing and creating. In 2017 Maestro Billy released “Commute” an album that mixes Chillout, Lounge, Techno, Pop and Dance Music based entirely in Sound Design. By recording street sounds in cities such as London, Berlin, Amsterdam and Lisbon, Billy created an unique concept by making music out of these, but in a way to make people dance and enjoy.
