Johanna Kurkela is a young Finnish female artist, born in Lumijoki.
Her wonderful voice brought her to knowledge of big public when she participated in Finnish Eurovison song contest trial. The songs she sang in the trial (Jossain metsäin takana and Olet uneni kaunein) can be found from the new Marmoritaivas-album. Before that she had already published an album called Hetki hiljaa.
Johanna has also performed songs in colllections Tilkkutäkki and Tilkkutäkki 2.
