Myths formed in 2017 and are based in Perth, Western Australia.
The band consists of members Jamie Turner (vocals, guitar), Mike Nutt (vocals, synths), Jamie Canny (vocals, bass), Matt Williams (guitar) and Mitchell J Benson (drums).
Their music is best described as Neo-psychedelia, a genre which is commonly seen as taking influences and sound design from the 60’s & 70’s and modernising them with a forward-thinking approach.
In February 2018 the band released their debut album, Paradigm which was recorded over the 18 months prior and produced independently, in spaces ranging from beachside studios, wood cabins, and assorted living rooms.
The band consists of members Jamie Turner (vocals, guitar), Mike Nutt (vocals, synths), Jamie Canny (vocals, bass), Matt Williams (guitar) and Mitchell J Benson (drums).
