For New York native Benjamin John, music is not a hobby but rather an absolute way of life. The twenty-four year old artist has been singing for as long as he or anyone close to him can remember. He speaks that "writing songs is my conduit for bringing feelings out of one's heart & into another's. The first song I ever wrote came quite naturally, almost as if it were a bodily function I hadn't yet tapped into."
