There is a reason theyâve been in my top 3 fav bands of all time since 1998. They are a master at what they do and even though there will never be another Wayne Static (RIP â€ïž) - Xero is absolutely an upstanding and respectable MF for showing up and keep disco evil! Tony, Kenochi, and Ken - you are so talented please never stop! Love you all so much. WS 4 ever đ«¶đžđ

The show was a blast! I was blown away by the production quality - Static-X absolutely killed it! The best part is it didn't break the bank! Worth. Every. Penny. (And worth losing a few hours of sleep, too... although, let's be real, I'm not as young as I used to be, and being out late on a Sunday night has me feeling like I've earned a medal... or a nap. đ)

Reflecting on a journey of musical evolution, from my attendance of the SF concert with powerman5000 and dope in 2000 to the present, itâs been an incredible ride. đž From the early days of blasting Static-X and Dope in my truck, giving my kid her first taste of metal, to seeing her giggle with the raw energy of the music â itâs been a gift. đ¶
Though Wayne Static is no longer with us, Xer0 has stepped in seamlessly, honoring Wayneâs legacy with every note. At the recent show, my daughter, her boyfriend, and I were united in the rhythm, headbanging to the powerful anthems of Static-X, Dope, Soulfly, and others. đ€
Surrounded by fellow fans, we celebrated not just the bands, but the community theyâve created. Thank you to the entire crew of Static-X, Dope, and Sevendust for a night of beautiful music and memories. #StaticX #DopeBand #Soulfly #Sevendust #ConcertMemories

Words cannot express the emotions and feelings that I was overcome with during the Static X set of the Machine Killer tour in Grand Rapids MI. Lines Of Loyalty, Dope, and SevenDust were all amazing and 100% on point with great sets and killer vibes. But the Static X set was something more! It truly felt like Wayne was there with us and made for an unforgettable evil disco experience. The Xero meet and greet Q&A after the show was equally extraordinary and unforgettable with several extra special VIPs in attendance, and many great Wayne stories were shared. This experience will truly carry a special place in soul for eternity. THANK YOU

Amazing show. The bands back together, for sure! Even with Wayne gone, the energy was still there, like he never left. I didn't get to see them 20 years ago because, well, I wasn't born yet lol, but I'm sure the show was just as good back then. I managed to catch a setlist, so I'm happy! The venue was also good. But damn, it was a bad idea to have to have the pit be on a slanted floor, any drinks that were spilled trickled down and made the whole floor sticky.

The show was way too long. we didn't need the sober whining band or Dope. Sevendust's lyrical prowess was not there because, well they are old. However, StaticX came out and made it worth it. They just came out like a sledgehammer and destroyed the game! It's not pure metal, it's evil disco. Its a great sound and lots of theatrics and larger than life props and smoke. Wayne is gone and its really sad. StaticX did a great job of ending the night with a non stop collection of the favorites. 5 hours in the venue only to see StaticX was just too much. I had already paid for VIP seats and then was charged $80.00 to sit down???
StaticX has found a way to continue Wayne's legacy even though its more theatrical than actual singing. I'm not sure if Zero actually sang at all but as a tribute to Wayne Static, this works. If they try and make new music they will have outlived their welcome because these guys are as old as I am and it would be seen as a money grab. I guess if you don't care about the fact that the vocals are mostly recording of Wayne while a front man stands there in a mask as a tribute, then it works. i wanted to see them one last time to pay tribute to Wayne and think fondly on the days when I first found their music 20+ years ago.
The venue was great and the people were very friendly. The parking situation was a disaster across the street as the QR codes did not work and I received a ticket for $75.00. That was disgusting. The venue needs to do a much better job with explaining parking and working with that lot. It will be my last time seeing StaticX and probably my last time going to the Fillmore. Not a fan of the Gender neutral bathroom experience either. Parents bought their kids to that show and little girls had to go into the same bathroom with grown men in their 40 and older. Nope. all done with that place.

One of the best shows this year. Have been a Dope fan for some times but never able to see the band, Sevendust are one of my favorite bands that Iâve seen about a dozen times or so. Static-X have always been at the top of my list of great bands that Iâve only seen once and they did an awesome, awesome job. if you get a chance to check out this show, GO! You wonât be disappointed! EvIL DISCO RULES!

First time at the venue - super cool place. Parking is kind of a nightmare though so get there early if you don't want to have to walk very far.
Bands were amazing! The vocals of every band seemed muddied so I think there were was something off in the sound system vs individuals band sounds
Overview - super cool, amazing music, great vibe.

Best time ever!! The bands were fantastic. The sound engineer was on point. The entire venue staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. I had gotten hit in the head during a mosh pit and was bleeding all over. One of the security guards pulled me to the side, led me back stage, then outside to attend to my wound and sent me on my way. 100% on it and professional. I didn't quite catch his name, but thank you to him for showing care and compassion in my wounded time. Can't wait to attend the next metal show!!

Great show! First time at this Small venue that had a great party atmosphere. Didnât realize there were 5 bands until day of - excited we were able to see all of them. Sound was great- bands looked great- cocktails were great. Metalheads will always be the friendliest concert goes! Felt very safe both inside and outside of venue

Absolutely killer show and also great venue! I've been wanting to check out Toad's Place for a while now, and it definitely did not disappoint! I'd go see any of the bands I saw that night again any day, and... despite living all the way up in Portland, ME, I'd make the drive down to Toad's again for a show any day as well!! Definitely glad I went.

Static-X are proving themselves to be a worthy act in this anniversary/memorial run of shows. Their performance is tight and professional owing to the membersâ long tenure with the ensemble and Xeroâs years of experience fronting his own band. Thereâs little to complain about with their performance as the vocal capabilities of the new singer mimic Wayneâs aggressive style well, and full reverence is on display without being schmaltzy and fake. The production design is even impressive given the somewhat resurrected nature of the band, and while itâs clear this is Static-X 2.0 nothing catastrophic is lost in the concert going experience. In this reviewerâs opinion, this is a memorial show done right.

Given all 3 bands (Mushroomhead, Fear Factory, and Static-X), have experience changes in lead singers, they all sounded amazing. Mushroomhead was amazing as always, and several band members spent quality time with fans at the merch booth. I was impressed with Milo, the "Italian Stallion." He was able to hit the fierce growls and the beautiful chords Fear Factory is known for. Tony Campos did double duty on Bass for both Gear Factory and Static-X. Seems like this man hasn't aged a, even he turned 50 on the day I saw the show. Xero was truly impressive. The mysterious, illusive, and illustrios front man for Static-X honored Wayne in the best possible way. The old saying goes, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Xero didn't miss a beat playing hits from Machine and Wisconsin Death Trip and channeling the sound and energy of Wayne himself. I have been a fan of these groups for 20+ years. While things have changed, the music still feels the same. Thank you for bringing this spectacular show to Albuquerque! We hope to see ALL of you again.
P.S. I don't mean to overlook Dope at all. While they sounded great, the set was a sampler when I wanted the whole thing. Dope was great, if short-lived. Certainly hope to see more of them in the future, too!

The show was beyond my expectations! That bassist, Coleman I think, was freaking awesome! Talk about energy!! The stage show was unbelievable! No spoiler alerts here, other than that. As the first stop of the tour, Static-X raised the bar for the rest of the tour. I had VIP tickets and it was cool to meet the guys. I attended the show a fan of Dope. I left the show being a fan of Static-X. Thank you, Gentlemen. You absolutely gained a fan. See you next time.

Venue is great, lots of space, bathroom was mostly clean, all the staff were awesome.
As for the bands, they were definitely superb, especially Static-X. It was my first time seeing them live , a regret that I have since I never saw them before Wayne's unfortunate passing. I nonetheless enjoyed every minute of the show and the Static-X gang are doing an incredible job of keeping both the band and Wayne's legacy alive.
It was awesome being around other metalheads and freaks and The Fillmore is a great place for watching live performances of the greatest musical genre ever............METAL.

Man I wasnât sure what to expect without Wayne Static but I was so pleasantly surprised. The band sounded great! Xero sounded amazing! The only reason this isnât getting 5 stars is because they didnât get anywhere near enough stage time. We got 5 songs. They should have switched with Mudvayne in the lineup because they were not great. Canât wait to see Static X again!

Static X and Raven Black were the best parts. I enjoyed W13 but there set was a bit weak. Mushroomhead was okay but the real star of their show is Jackie Laponza who sadly is only present during 2 songs. Raven Black opened with a great start and Static closed with a fantastic tribute to Wayne. This venue was also ridiculously hot. Half way through the show someone finally realized it would be a good idea to open the doors to let fresh air inside. Security and Staff members were rude at the end of the show. They were constantly attempting to push the audience out almost immediately after the show was over unless you were buying merchandise. Even still they were trying to deter people from doing that. Not a fan of the staff or the temperature control. You also are NOT allowed to renter which was frustrating as I desperately wanted to step outside for some air.

5 Fucking Stars EASY !!! Holy shit did Static X bring their heavy and blow the pit away !!! I actually came to see you Wednesday 13 and Raven Black and I have to say I was not expecting Static X to be so freaking amazing !!! I will definitely catch them again along our tours!!!.. what a fucking blast of Energy, Mayham and Insanity they were !!! Thank you for adding this venue to your tour...I have commented on the other bands and believe my comments were removed due to dissân the venue (Reverb)...so I will try my best not to do that here ..as the venue on this night gets zero stars and I was disgusted with no air conditioners and how they treated their guests this night and in spite of poor staffing compassion and no air conditions on this heat wave night...every single band literally blew the fucking roof off !!! The floor was covered 100% puddle from humidity ...the stage and barrier between pit and stage were slick and dangerous for staff guests and bands and yet we all managed to take care of each other and rock the shit out of this Sunday night !!! (in spite of being served room temperature water - snuff said bout that bullshit !!!)... if you have never seen Static X.. you must put them in your schedule ..if you are in adrenaline junkie like myself - they will not disappoint !!! đđŒđđŒđ€đŒ

The show was amazing. Zero is fuckung awrsome and couldn't pay better homage to Wayne in the performance or his constant patronage throughout. Dope was as badass as expected, as was Devildriver. Wednesday 13 blew my mind and the outdoor bands were fun as well. Great crowd energy, but guys.... WHAT IS EITH THE AIR CONDITIONING!?!?!?!? theres like 4 3-blade ceiling fans for esse tially a warehouse, and it felt like a 10,000btu a/c kicked on for 45 seconds every hour, lol. Almost passed out a few times, rang my shirt out a dozen times, but had a great time. Staff were super nice for this caliber of show \m/

If I was rating from a show stand point, it would be 5. I've been seeing Static-X since I was a teenager, I'm as of today 27. So over 10 years. I was up front taking photos, put my camera down and went to enjoy Static-X's show like I did when I was younger and Wallys security was in the pit stopping people from moshing. So I lost my spot upfront for nothing. Great bands, poor venue to book a metal show. I'm glad Edsel called out the venues staff during Dopes set. For that 4 stars. That being said, I'm I'm worchester tonight to see y'all again with Jess. đ€đżđ€đ» let's do this!
