Kobi Farhi // קובי פרחי

Born in 1975 in Jaffa, Israel.
At Jaffa's mixed population I was always exposed to many kinds of sounds & tunes.

I grew up in a house where music always played and covered the air with colors & feelings.

My first ever recording happend when I was 3 years old when my Grandmother recorded me singing the song "Elohim Sheli" (My God)

My biggest aim is to be a Warrior Of Light & Peace.
I'm Vocalist/Composer/Music Producer/Manager of Orphaned Land, pionneers of Oriental Metal since 1991.

I have written articles and blogs to the main portals in Israel - Ynet, Mako, Walla, Jerusalem Post.
I'm also writting my first book - "The Tango Between God & Satan"

I have worked with some amazing artists like Steven Wilson, Erkin Koray, Yehuda Poliker & more.
I also contributed backing vocals with bands such as: Amaseffer, Asgaut, Moonskin, Arkan, The Naked Lie & more...
