About Prognosis

The are at least 5 atrists use name of "Prognosis". Prognosis (Atlanta, GEORGIA
United States) is a harsh EBM / Dark-Electro band, was founded in 1999 by Shane Wolfe and Zack Gormley. After several shows and tours they released the heavily synthpop influenced "Momento" album in 2004 on DDM. In 2005 Zack left the band and joined the US Navy. Prognosis went on hiatus while Shane played as a member for Angels On Acid. Then in early 2006 Shane meet Edwin Springer and they collaborated on part of the new up coming album for Prognosis. Edwin left Prognosis in Feb 2007 to pursue is own project Alter. The new Prognosis sound strays from it's synthpop beginnings. Instead the new Prognosis is a reflection of the civil rest and violence of the surrounding world.
