Sylvain Chauveau

Sylvain Chauveau has released records on labels such as FatCat, Sub Rosa, Flau, Sonic Pieces: very minimal compositions for acoustic instruments, electronics, voice (sometimes), with silence as an important musical element. He has played live in Europe, Asia, North America. Since 2019, he is committed to the reduction of the ecological imprint of the music field. In 2021, he has co-created Zero Carbon Records, alongside with Manu Louis, to experiment music without CO2 emissions. He is the co-director of ensemble 0.
