.. A mainstay of the DrumnBass scene, DJ Sweed is notorious for his illicit turntable styles. If there has been a critical drumnbass soire´e, Sweed has been there spinning the crowd into a frenzy with his mix of naughty grooves and exclusive funky ruffneck dubplates. Sweed has proven his worth as a DJ who satisfies the eclectic mass in Paris and Europe large, mixing alongside the movement’s most famous: DJ Marky+XRS, Pendulum, Dj Friction , UK Apache, Dara, Drumsound, Miss Ficel and DJ Science among so many more. Sweed also held residency with his partner in crime (Carlito) at Paris’ most respected DrumnBass party ‘ILOVEJUNGLE’. Away from the decks, Sweed is a reckoning force, continuing to release dubplates through Bingo (Kashmere, Breakable, Poetry In motion, Night Is Over..), Haze (Crashin), M-Atome (Break It Down), B :Cuts (Drop Zone) and other well-known labels. His projects have included collaborations with French veteran MC Youthman and funky fresh Redeyes and this year looks set to explode with new sounds from this cheeky pleasure-seeker. Dj / Producer
