Hailing from dirty Detroit, Gabe's sound consists of an eclectic mixture of influences ranging from house, techno and minimal to tech-house and ghetto-tech. When Gabe is blending his tapestry of unexpected styles on the dancefloor, one thing is certain; it's a guarantee that you will be shaking your ass! He's the man behind Detek and responsible for the widely successful "Summer Sessions" Thursday night parties in Greektown, now in their 10th season. As an event production group, Detek set new standards for techno events in the city the music was born in. Having been a DJ for 20 years, he has been fortunate enough to travel and play music alongside many of his most respected musical influences.
