Tr/st was phenomenal. His singing and stage presence was perfect. And his two musicians- the drummer and the keyboard- added an exhilarating energy to the music that wasn’t in the studio recordings. A+ Some in the crowd were a bit obnoxious, from a drunk guy basically feeling me up from behind to tell me he needed more space (it was a standing show, everyone was tightly packed, I don’t know what his deal was, especially cause I didn’t even touch him), to a few weirdo super fans shouting nonsense every song. This girl next to me filmed the entire show on her phone, and later tried to creepily snap paparazzi photos when the lead singer hung around the merch table after the show. What is wrong with people? But yeah, great show, very entertaining and often touching. The new songs they performed from “the destroyer” were a real highlight.
