Adam Ezra Group

We’ve seen AEG a few times and were big fans already. This was the best experience we’ve had, despite the fact that the house lights stayed on for the entire concert. The couples sitting on either side of us were “first timers” and left the concert as confirmed fans. One woman next to me said that she had read about AEG and liked what Adam was all about. Adam & his bandies really connect with their fans! Always love that he talks with us after the show!

AEG never disappoints! This was an exceptional evening complemented by the band Sirsy with a powerful female singer and talented electric guitarist as well as guest keyboardist, Adam's cousin. Let's not forget a gospel duet Adam and his mother sang beautifully. City Winery is a perfect venue for such a show. Adam always makes you feel like he invited you into his living room for a chat. AEG always gives a heartfelt concert!

This was one fantastic show. It was billed as "The Ramble After Party". For the uninitiated, The Ramble is a Woodstock-like music festival where the bands in attendance give their time and talent to raise money in an effort to take Homeless Veterans of the street. Held the prior day (August 26) the Adam Ezra Group led effort raised in excess of $100,00 in the one-day festival, alone. (The final tally will be announced soon.) It was truly a day of Peace, Love, Music and Fundraising to help make a better life for our Nation's Heroes. The after-party at The Range on August 27 was a chance to celebrate each other for the incredible effort made the prior day. The Adam Ezra Group was on fire!!! Though they played for 2+ hours the prior night, they repeated not one song at the after-party! Many members of the guest bands showed up to sit in with AEG for this next day concert. It was a rollicking good time! The musicianship was off the charts as was the energy from the stage and the crowd. The Range, itself, is a beautiful concert setting. The expansive stage and sound system make for a most enjoyable concert experience.

If you're looking for a feel good band that best be described as folk -n- roll, then Adam Ezra Group is for you. Their infectious, eloquent, tunes will have you dancing one moment (OK, more than one monent) and reflective the next. AEG's followers are a band of brothers and sisters, ensuring that each show is a party, and an extension of the (com)passionate community fostered by Adam himself. See this band!

The 2nd Annual Adam Ezra Group concert at the Carsonville Hotel in Halifax ,PA was a great success. The attendance was held to 75 in case of rain and Adam and the hotel management agreed to move inside to avoid predicted rain. ALl but the last 15 minutes was rain free. Very few departed with the start of the rain as they moved in to stand for the remainder of the show. AEG did there traditional unplugged segment after the regular show. I had the pleasure to do a harmonica backup with Adam on one song and did a duet with my harmonica with Corinna on fiddle. A life experience for me for sure ! This was the 2nd Annual Carsonville Hotel AEG Concert and we will gladly welcome Adam, Corinna, Alex and Poche back again next year. BUT someone on your staff is not looking at the AEG website SHOWS section to note that this concert was SOLD OUT two weeks ago !

Once again AEG brought their all and had everyone at The Shea singing along at the tops of our lungs. In a nice turn of events AEG started the double billed show (I was expecting the opposite). And Whiskey Treaty came on second to an already hyped up crowd of fans. We sang, we danced, we had the best time! At the end of both sets, both bands joined together on stage to end with an energy unlike any other. It may just be a small venue and they may not be on the radio but last night felt like a night with any huge rock star at any giant stadium.

First timer to Lizzie Rose and I can't praise this quirky, 75 seat, venue enough. Clearly geared towards appreciation of the musical acts, the staff is friendly and the premises immaculate. The sound system was stellar without being overwhelming. As for the band, the Adam Ezra Group is the essence of folk /rock/Americana. Sprinkling in their take on classics (Ophelia, The Weight, Let it Be) the show primarily spotlights their original compositions which range from rollicking to poignant. See this band now!

The band is phenomenal! Comprised of four amazingly accomplished musicians, AEG seamlessly meshes their talents to entertain and uplift its audience. Their energy is unparalleled! Adam Ezra, to me, is a poet as much as a musician. His compositions can be poignant and soulful, yet he doesn’t appear to take himself too seriously on stage. He connects with his audience in meaningful ways and takes them along for the ride. Tickets to an AEG show are always reasonably priced. We saw this show on 4/26/2023, at the World Cafe Live in Philadelphia. The venue is a nice place to see a concert. The food and service was good. The drinks don’t skimp on the alcohol.

First, I've never been to Portland House of Music til last night. What a great venue! My only complaint was that it was so hot inside! But they had plenty of free water and left the doors open. Next time I'll dress accordingly 🙂 Next, I've seen The Adam Ezra Group many times in many settings. And last night's show was absolutely one of the best! The crowd was filled with people seeing them for the first time and, until Adam asked, I never would have known. Everyone brought so much energy and the band fed off that and blew the roof off the place! Every song was performed with such passion and fun! These guys do not disappoint! Poche's badass funk during Life of a Thief, Alex's StrongFOOT beats led the way for All Right Today, and Corinna on the fiddle for Steal Your Daughter and Devil Came Up To Boston were all spot on. Adam did a solo of Come Together that was so nasty and sexy ....and was so gentle and Sweet talking about his baby daughter before performing Pocket Full of Seashells. And then Supergirl joined them on stage for I'm Gone and just knocked everyone on their ass with her powers voice!! The night ended with the band unplugged in the middle of everyone singing their original song Ease It Down Right and then having everyone join in for a cover of Whitney Houston's Dance With Somebody. By far one of the best live AEG performances I've been to! And I can't forget to mention their opener. Daniella Cotton is a tiny little thing with a Huge voice to match her amazing personality! If Prince were still alive they'd have been a perfect match....musically and vocally! She introduced herself after the first song I immediately checked her out! You should too!

The Adam Ezra Group brings TONS of energy along with their extraordinary musicianship. Though Ezra categorizes himself as a folk singer, the band's performance crosses musical genre from rock, to country, to folk rock, to ballads. Much of the performance includes danceable music...and the crowd responds. The 3/10/23 performance at The Wonder Bar in Asbury Park, NJ, exemplified ALL of this. We have been fans of The Wonder Bar, pre-pandemic, especially enjoying the quality sound system there. The 3/10 performance, however, left a lot to be desired in this regard. The bass, in particular, sounded tinny throughout the concert. Though Ezra thanked the sound engineer, the problem was obvious.

What a special show. We were treated to some deep cuts and some brand new songs in a cool venue. Adam and the band brought their charisma and attitudes and left it all out there for us. By the end of the almost 4 hour set, people were coming in off the street and enjoying the vibe between band members themselves, the band and their fans, and the fans together. Dancing, singing, and enjoying each other's company. This is the type of show every fan should get to experience!

First of all...The Rex!! What an AMAZING place to see a live show. Intimate setting, fantastic sound, and not a bad seat in the house. AEG brought it like they always do. Plenty of fan favorite songs plus a handful of new ones. Adam, Corinna, Alex and Poche brought the energy and the crowd responded in full! Plenty of singing and side isle dancing. Balcony dancing too. Love this group!!

This band truly knows how to appreciate their fans. After a long and most amazing Saturday at their annual Ramble Festival raising money for homeless veterans, they Gathered us all together and played for 2+ hours. Definitely a little more chill (we we all exhausted to euphoria) than usual. Adam, Corinna, Poche, and Alex were joined by Mel and Rich from SIRSY, Steve Hartmann, and Kali for an after-party to beat the ages ❤️ A day spent celebrating with their amazing community of fans that are more like family. These are my people and I love them more than words.

If you haven't experienced Adam Ezra Group please make it a point to see them at your earliest chance. Difficult to classify, his music might best be described as folk n roll, with a smattering of covers ranging from Leonard Cohen to Bill Withers to Tom Petty. Backed by a kick ass band, his coarse voice brings depth to his incredible songwriting, and his affable demeanor is sure to win you over. His shows are further hallmarked my his fans, who bring with them a communal vibe reminiscent of Dead shows. Go!

The Adam Ezra Group was outstanding! Awesome show! They have so much talent and honestly they are my favorite band to see! They are wonderful people who have fun performing and bringing smiles to their audience faces! They are seriously incredible! My wife, daughter, and I had the BEST day of the summer so far being at The Wonder Bar enjoying The Adam Ezra Group experience. We hope to see them again soon. 😁✌️🎸🥁🎤

Another incredible evening of music at a beautiful venue! Lookout Farm was so thoughtful of their patrons...because of the intense heat there were free water stations set up. The Adam Ezra Group played over 2 hours even with the heat and were humble and gracious as always. Adam's mom was in attendance and joined him on stage for a couple of songs which was such a treat! If I had the means, I would never miss an AEG show! They are so good to their fans....who in turn are some of the most amazing and generous people ❤️

Adan Ezra Group were great. They always put a great show. I have seen them 10 times and plan on seeing them more. What made it special was that Adam played his set with the band, meet with the fans after the show. He took time talking and taking pictures with the fans. After he stayed for the rest of the day listening to the rest of the bands. He and the rest of the band really love they job.

Beautiful setting and beautiful weather added to this high energy show. The band showed off their fantastic talent....with each of them showcased on various songs. Adam interacted with the crowd, as he always does...interjecting some story telling along the way. At the end of the concert, the musicians unplugged, and joined the crowd sitting on the grass. They continued playing fan favorites acoustically, and encouraged the neighborhood children to join in. The kids played a variety of percussion instruments, led by bassist Poche Ponce. It was a fantastic show!

The Adam Ezra Group is just an amazing group of musicians doing what they love. This was our 56 concert. We travel to Boston for an awesome day of music on Salisbury Beach. All proceeds going to take homeless veterans off the street. The heart of this group comes thru at every concert. Always a fun experience.

What a great night, great crowd, all waiting to see Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes. Opening the night an awesome little band from Boston Ma Adam Ezra Group. They were amazing and captured the waiting audience right from the start. Then when Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes hit the stage the waiting crowd was alive. Dancing & singing to this amazing group. Johnny pleased his fans with requests and some oldies. If you ever have the opportunity to check out either group you won't be disappointed.
