Cool

1) - Cool is a Korean ballad/pop group that first appeared in 1994. The main members include Kim Sung Soo (김성수) as the male rapper of the group and known for being "goofy," Yuri (유리) as female vocalist, and Lee Jae Hoon (이재훈) as the driving force behind the group's music and lead vocalist.
Former members include Yoo Chae Young (유채영), who was the original female vocalist, but left after the first album and has since made a career in acting, and Choi Joon Myoung (최준명).

The group has produced seventeen albums (including "half" albums):

In 2003, rumors began to circulate that Lee Jae Hoon and Yuri had become romantically involved and that it was creating conflicts within the group. Not long after, the group decided to disband citing internal conflicts as the primary reason.


2) - Cool is also the name for an extemporary sideproject of Nicholas Corey of Bay City Blues. Cool has released only one album, Seduction

"Cool" is one shot collateral project of Bay City Blues, limited to this album, "Seduction". Recorded and mixed in a week (on August 1998), with a malfunctionant 4 tracks recorder, using a minimal instrumentation (a toy keyboard, some parts of bass and electric guitar, and a few primordial synthesizer, and voicesi), "Seduction" is the joky side-project of Nicholas Corey (voice, instrument), Phillis Nirdlinger (voice, istruments) and Judy Asquith (voices). Among atmospheres of distorted easy listening and exotic feel, the songs are original really for their grungy charm and naivitè.desperately naivite celebration of Do It Yourself philosophy."
