Della Fern is bringing something fresh to the music scene with high energy, good tunes, tasteful lyrics, and superb musicality. The five members, originating from Australia, New Zealand and America, came together in Perth to create a sound described as funky indie-alternative pop. With their catchy, upbeat tunes the band is known for getting their audiences out of their seats. Although a new band, it is fair to say that Della Fern has come a long way in a very short length of time. After officially forming the band in August 2013, they immediately started writing songs and getting a set ready for a tour in the South West of Australia. Upon their return, they began recording their fresh ideas to create their Debut EP “The Great Unknown” In March 2014, Della Fern went on their first international tour of America impressing and delighting crowds all across the west coast. They were very well received by venues, bookers, managers, and fans during their tour. Upon return, Della Fern was able to do an Australian release of their EP "The Great Unknown" on 28 June at the Rosemount Hotel in hometown Perth. Now with international experience, an exciting new live show, and the release of their EP, they are ready to spend a season of time in Australia!
