Whitehorse". Angelica performed as a soloist and in "The Creek Big Band" at "The Gibson's Jazz Festival's

Benefit Concert", in 2015, with several other artists, to help with, A Nepali Relief Charity, Fundraising for the

Multi Release under her original name, "Angela Johnson". Shortly after she made a name change and became

Charities, Volunteering & Fundraising
1. Elves Club Telethon's - 2002-2006 Gibson's Sunshine Coast, British Columbia: Angelica performed her
original music, donating her time for four years, to help feed those in need. Donations were telephoned in and
given towards creating a hamper of food for those in need.
2. Vancouver Cancer Clinic - 2003 Vancouver, British Columbia: Angelica's Concert was donated and an
auction was held to bring in donations for redesigning the Cancer Clinic Waiting Area For Patients. A fully
updated, and newly designed setting was created to give Cancer Patients a more comfortable environment.
3. Carnival Cruise Lines - 2009 Carnival M/S Ecstasy - (In Port Progresso, The Yucatan Peninsula): Angelica
volunteered her time for two days to help an Orphanage in Merida, Mexico. Organized by Captain Pier Paolo
Scala, Carnival Cruise Lines. This was an excellent opportunity for all Crew Members involved to donate their
time and abilities to make a better world for children in need.
4. Vive Nepal Benefit Concert - 2015, The Revival Club, Toronto, Ontario - (Presented By Kensington Sound &
Chartreuse): Angelica performed at "The Vive Nepal Benefit Concert" with several other artists, to help with, A

Angelica, was nominated for "The Waterfront Awards 2018", celebrating the achievements of woman in the
Greater Toronto Area, Sponsored by The Toronto Waterfront Magazine. Angelica received awards for piano,
voice and clarinet in the 1982, 83 and 84 Kawanis Music Festivals, highlighted by a vocal scholarship in 1985,
to Music-Camrose, and in 1990 auditioning for the Master Class with Paul Baduraskoda. In 2003 Angelica
received a Top Honor Award for her original composition "Fairy Tale", in The Sunshine Coast Music Festival.
Her composition was also featured as the Opening Number for the Canadian Stage Play, "Dark Deeds In
Whitehorse". Angelica performed as a soloist and in "The Creek Big Band" at "The Gibson's Jazz Festival's
from 2004 to 2006". She performed as a soloist at "Music In The Landing from 2003 to 2005" & "Canada Day
Celebrations 2004". Angelica performed at "SOPA, Showcase Of The Performing Arts, from 2003 to 2006. She
was Co-Piano Chair & Chair for The Electronic Music category for "The Sunshine Coast Festival Of The
Performing Arts".

Angelica has entertained as a "Piano Bar Entertainer", on the following 14 Cruise Ships For 99.5 Months (8.5

Angelica's Concerts & Performance Highlights
Angelica performed two Solo Concerts at “The Heliconian Hall” showcasing her CD’s in 2016 & 2017. She
opened for the “Paris Black Virtual Vanity Tour” with Paris Black, Ruby’s Revenge & Bobby Hiebert, at The
Molson Canadian Studio, Hamilton Place in 2016. Angelica performed singing “Teen Idols Of Rock & Roll”,
with “The Gem Tones”& Gavin Rousseau in Glenns Falls, NY in 2015. Angelica performed at "The Vive Nepal
Benefit Concert", in 2015, with several other artists, to help with, A Nepali Relief Charity, Fundraising for the
Napalese People after the massive earthquake.
In 1997-1999 & 2007-2014, Angelica toured on board 14 Cruise Ships, performing as a “Piano Bar Entertainer”.
Angelica’s first musical tour was in 1984, with "The Royals Band", where she performed in Disney Land, Los
Angeles, San Diego Zoo, Berkley University, Knotts Berry Farm, and several other cities in California,
including "The 1984 Alberta Special Olympics". Angelica has shared the stage with several recording and
performing artists, including Brazilian Pianist, Ricardo Perez, Canadian Trumpet Virtuoso, Gary Guffman, The
Symphonic Winds, & Fronting the popular 50's and 60's band "The Nomads. Angelica performed for
the "Canadian Olympic Committee in 2005 for the 2010 Games", "Elves Club Telethons 2002 to 2006",
"Musical Director for Dinner Theatre - Dark Deeds In White Horse 2003". She also performed in several bands
including: 1."Angelica & The Boyz" (4 piece band), 2. "Sneak Preview" (4 piece rock band), 3. "Baroque N
Blue". (Classical/Jazz Quartet), 4. "Back Beat" (4 piece rock band), 5. "The Creek Big Band" (21 piece big
band). Angelica lived in Costa Rica from 1999-2002, where she entertained in "The Los Suenos Beach And
Golf Resort", "Hotel Barcelo Amon Plaza, "Tara Resort Hotel And Conference Centre", "Majestic Casino",
"Valle Azul", including several corporate functions. Angelica returned to Canada in 2002, where she performed
"A house-gig in 2005" in "The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre".
Education
Angelica studied the Bachelor Of Performance Degree and The Diploma Of Music in the Classical and
Contemporary styles of music. She was "President Of The Bachelor Of Music Society" in 1991 at Red Deer
College, Alberta.

Angelica, fully orchestrated into a 3 CD Pop Collection and 1 Solo Piano (Double CD) set, with her additional
solo piano tracks. Angelica also wrote the music & lyrics, arranged, produced and recorded her vocals in
her CD releases. In 2014 & 2015 Angelica released several CD's of Original Music: In 2014 & 2015, Angelica

Multi Release under her original name, "Angela Johnson". Shortly after she made a name change and became

Charities, Volunteering & Fundraising
1. Elves Club Telethon's - 2002-2006 Gibson's Sunshine Coast, British Columbia: Angelica performed her
original music, donating her time for four years, to help feed those in need. Donations were telephoned in and
given towards creating a hamper of food for those in need.
2. Vancouver Cancer Clinic - 2003 Vancouver, British Columbia: Angelica's Concert was donated and an
auction was held to bring in donations for redesigning the Cancer Clinic Waiting Area For Patients. A fully
updated, and newly designed setting was created to give Cancer Patients a more comfortable environment.
3. Carnival Cruise Lines - 2009 Carnival M/S Ecstasy - (In Port Progresso, The Yucatan Peninsula): Angelica
volunteered her time for two days to help an Orphanage in Merida, Mexico. Organized by Captain Pier Paolo
Scala, Carnival Cruise Lines. This was an excellent opportunity for all Crew Members involved to donate their
time and abilities to make a better world for children in need.
4. Vive Nepal Benefit Concert - 2015, The Revival Club, Toronto, Ontario - (Presented By Kensington Sound &
Chartreuse): Angelica performed at "The Vive Nepal Benefit Concert" with several other artists, to help with, A
