A night to remember! Came to see Marillion's singer and ended up knowing a whole bunch of very talented musicians!
London, United Kingdom@Hard Rock Hotel London
About Sepp Osley
Iranian born/British based singer/songwriter Sepp Osley launched his solo career in October 2023 and cracked the iTunes UK 100 singles charts in 2024 with his track "Sing" upon release. He has collaborated with Nick Van Eede of 80's giants Cutting Crew and pioneering Russian singer Boris Grebenshikov (Stevie Nicks, Dave Stewart) to record his track "Warmaker", and released his single "Dear John" with the legendary Peter Frampton, and celebrated singer Mollie Marriott as a tribute to the great man of Peace John Lennon.
Having escaped war torn Iran with his family as a young child in the 80’s, and growing up in the West, the London based singer's music is an infused tapestry of his upbringing. Drawing on western pop culture and the synth pop sounds of the likes of Depeche Mode and Tears For Fears, to the teachings of his heroes like John Lennon & Bob Marley, he adds his own enchanting melodies and rhythms of his ancient homeland to create a sound unlike most.
Combine this with the hugely poignant words and storytelling of his life experiences and
something truly magical yet digestable as a listener takes hold. In a way, his cultural diversity is matched by his songwriting to be familiar to listeners around the world, despite cultural differences. There’s a connection on some level there for everyone yet in the end it comes down to just one thing, great songs that tell enchanting and heartfelt tales of love and hope in a dark lit world.
