WAR

The band was great. The sound was very good and the venue was very nice. I would love to see more of my favorite bands there. I would really love to see George Clinton Parliament Funkadelic there.

War was the bomb. They played all their hit songs. They are great entertainers and excellent musicians. Extremely enjoyed the concert. I would see them again!!!

I had a great time. Thank you for the music. It took me back to my highschool day's. Ill do it again.

WAR - Lonnie is still amazing at 75 years ! I have seen the band over the years, and I must say, it's always a fantastic time. Their music is impeccable👏👏👏👏👏❤️

WAR was fantastic. The crowd was all smiles and dancing. This performance was free to attend, and you could really feel how the good music brought our community together!!

It was am amazing show! The band was excellent, sound was great, and the venue was really nice. Nothing better than seeing WAR on a summer evening outside! And thx to the #Nuggett for sponsoring it! Brought back much memories I love this band since 1974!

WAR WAS AMAZING!! I HAD A BLAST!! My first concert in 1985 was with WAR. They sounded amazing!! It was everything I expected!! Worth every penny. Got some great videos!! It was a early present from my husband. Including the rental car and spending $ for the casino!! I even had Valet parking for the first time it was a great, great time!! Love the old songs, Low Rider, So, ME & Baby Brother, Summer!! Fantastic show!!

Fun and funky night at San Mateo County fair seeing WAR. Forgot how many hit songs they had. Great sounds, tight band and lead singer is so funny. WAR is awesome.

This was my second time seeing WAR at the Yamaava Casino Theater in Morongo. The show is always fun to watch and listen to- with the 7 piece band (with TWO drummers). The lead singer is a showman in his own right who kept us entertained and has a great stage presence. This might be my annual tradition.

I’m glad I bought the “cheap seats”. Tight band. They started really strong. Ending was weak. Front man went over the cliff. Too chatty/ cutesy / cheesy. Too many gratuitous “ band intros”. One is enough. They didn’t even play “ The World is a Ghetto”! If they woulda played that, or “ Outlaw” woulda went to 5 stars. No encore. Just lights up after “ Gypsy Man”.

The band went to much into acoustics but I really like their music. The venue really made a mess of the dinner. We had to order from our line outside of the venue. It really slowed down the entry and shoe started late. Eventually given our food but not forks etc. One of our group had to go get our utensils. Never got our dessert. Terrible organization at the venue. Same line for those eating as for those just watching with no meals. Separate lines for Axis and Ticketmaster.???????? Maybe a line for people eating dinner should be first and separate.

The concert was great; the only issue was they could have played longer. It seemed like it was too short. They played great.

Great concert!! War always offers a fantastic musical experience. Their interaction with the audience makes it so much fun and enjoyable to watch. I’ve seen them three times now and never grow tired of seeing them in concert. Thank you WAR for a great performance!!

WOWZA! I have loved War since the 70s and I was not disappointed to see this legendary multi genre band perform. Exceptional!! The acoustics in lighting were phenomenal at this venue too.

WAR WAS THE BEST!!! My dad, uncle, aunt, seen them at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds back in 1999, my uncle seen them at the Lodi Grape Festival, and I got to see them here. I not only got to see them. But I got to meet-and-greet with them! Now I know you are all thinking, there’s only one ORIGINAL left. But they are still WAR. Lonnie Jordan was a great person. He loves his fans that when they were about to leave, he told his manager in quote, "We don’t got to go, he is… (looks back at me) how old are you?", I replied, "20!", he said back, "You are 20 years old and you listen to us? You are definitely going to get a photo with me because I’m 72 years old, and this might be your only opportunity with me, if not sooner" he was a very funny guy, he was combing his mustache in front of me telling jokes 😂😂😂

War came on stage and from the getgo took no prisoners. I hadn’t realized how much I had missed their live shows since I last saw them in the late 1960’s. They were engaging, funny, had people dancing in the aisles while hitting us with one great song after another. I left this concert with my soul energized!

The venue itself was very nice.It was in the ballroom of the casino.The band sounded amazing. Not too loud,just right.The solos were great. Fully engaged audience.Will return to see more concerts here.

They were magical and magnificent! Vintage gold—they keep getting better and better. The music and delivery were fantastic. The repertoire was on point. Didn’t miss a beat. Played all the favorites.

Only one of the original members.Sounded good wish pride and egos could be set aside.Reunite with the Lowrider Band before it’s too late.

Some older groups/bands lose something over time but WAR has stood the test of time. They were absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! App won’t let me give the full 5 stars for some reason. I’d give 6 if I could!!!
