Un concierto maravilloso, una carta de amor a los fans de antaño. Canciones que no esperábamos y enloquecieron a la multitud. La banda se veía disfrutar cada acordé. La energía de Chino Moreno va más allá de la comprensión humana. Pasearon y se tomaron fotos con fans. Los ví y disfruté en el Corona Capital pero no hay comparación. El amor que le pusieron a la playlist para que fuera totalmente diferente a sus setlist de festivales. El palacio estuvo a reventar, un sold out bien merecido. Ojalá vuelvan con un Día de los Deftones o ya sin miedo a un lugar mucho más grande. Palacio les quedó pequeño.

No existe ni existirá nada que supere este día, decir que fue el mejor día de mi vida queda demasiado corto para describir esta experiencia. Este concierto marca un antes y un después en mi vida, cada vez que repito las escenas por las que pasé me dan ganas de llorar. Definitivamente no hay nada que supere a Deftones, no hay experiencia que me haga sentir lo mismo que sentí ese día. 17 de marzo de 2026 es una fecha que recordaré por el resto que me queda de vida. Si pudiese darle estrellas infinitas las daría, se merecen eso y, aunque sea físicamente imposible, mucho más. Te amo Deftones, gracias por todo

Die Wertung bezieht sich einzig auf die Band, nicht auf die Location. Der Einlass dauerte eine Stunde und der Klang war abhängig vom Standort in der Halle, jedoch nie vollkommen überzeugend, beinahe zu schwach für ein Metalkonzert. Aber der Auftritt der Band hat das alles vergessen lassen. Mitreißend, emotional, energiegeladen, atmosphärisch. Die Band und vor allem Chino haben eine ansteckende Energie an den Tag gelegt. Gerade Chino ist im Jahr 2026 in einer sichtlich besseren Form als das zeitweise bei Konzerten der Fall war. Die Songauswahl hat mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen - das sehr gute neue Album war sehr präsent, aber die Klassiker kamen nicht zu kurz. Schade, dass der vorzeitig abgebrochene Song "Genesis" nach der Unterbrechung des Konzerts wegen eines medizinischen Notfalls nicht mehr gespielt wurde. Die Rufe nach einer Zugabe waren da verständlich. Nichtsdestotrotz ein fantastisches Konzert! Persönliches Highlight: Change (in the House of Flies).

LOVE the Deftones! The Fest was a bit of a clusterf*k in terms of the overall "flow", placement of the stages and the horrible tree roots terrain, but I was able to make it to the VIP section early and found a good spot without tall people in front of me. I met a super sweet young lady who is just as short as I, so we made our way closer to the front rail gradually. All was well until a super bald tall jerk stood in front of the both of us, rendering our view of the stage impossible. Despite asking him if we could stand in front of him, he declined and ignored us. GRR! When a spot at the rail opened up, I let her and her Mom (who was shorter than my 4'11 self) go up to the rail and I remained in obstructed view, but it was the right thing to do. Despite being short like myself, the young lady w/Liberty Spiked hair was the ripe age of 15, her favorite band is the Deftones and it was her first time seeing them live. While I was in position to grab that spot at the rail, I told her to hurry and take the spot. How could I not? I watched her face light up like a child on Christmas morning when she could finally see the band and dance which made my decision 100% worth it! Overall, the VIP section was worth the extra $$$$, because the sound vibrated through us and the energy level of the crowd was sooooo much better than any other show I've seen in Atlanta. People were jumping up/down, singing along, dancing, there was a small yet old school pit just to my left and most people were super nice. (Except that d*mn bald tall guy at the front row rail in VIP to to the right side of the stage) Deftones were great as always, however Chino's voice seemed a bit tired. Nonetheless, his energy level was the same as when I saw them in Atlanta earlier this year. The set itself felt a little rushed, but it was still fantastic! It seems like they keep getting better each year, and I anxiously await their next show

Can Deftones perform for a family of three generations of life-long fans all at once? Hypothetically, If a first generation 13 yr old went to the Ozzy Osborne concert at the Rocket Arena in 1995 when Deftones opened up for Ozzy, and 5 years later had generation #2 child at 18 years old in year 2000, and 18 years later generation #3 baby was born in 2018, the Generation #3 baby could go to a Deftones concert in 2031 at 13 years old with their parents and grandparents, all of which could be life-long fans. It seems like the median age was 25 years at this event, and I cannot think of another band that has been performing for 35+ years, able to pull in such a young generation. This must be record breaking.

I’ve seen Deftones 8 times before this show, and without a doubt whoever was responsible for their live sound failed them. The guitar and and bass lacked clarity and low end, the drums were choppy at best, vocals were ok. The band themselves gave 10/10 on performance as always so it’s not their fault. The most infuriating part was that all the audio problems seemed to be fixed by the time System of a Down came onstage as the last headliner, interesting. The walk to get inside the stadium was almost a 2 mile trek. Would not go to this stadium again.

Multiple members of staff at United Center were surprisingly very accommodating and helpful to the huge crowd on hand. They were assertive without being jerks. I tried to buy a ticket ahead of time through Vivid Seats but it didn’t work out so I ended up just going through security and buying a ticket at the box office. Was able to get a drink from a hawking tray vendor to avoid long lines. It was overall just a great night. The Mars Volta killed it and along with Deftones great performance it was easily worth the price of admission. Bummed I didn’t get to catch Fleshwater due to Vivid Seats sucking. Next time I know to just head to the box office first.

The deftones were incredible. I am so happy I could see them again, this concert blew my expectations out of the water. The first warm up act was good. The second warm up act, "The Mars Volta" was one of the worst things I think I have ever listened to. It was so bad I started reading a book. I am genuinely confused as to why this was included in the line up as it didn't fit the theme. It would have been like asking for vegan options at a steak restaurant, just completely out of place. They couldn't get off of the stage fast enough, you could tell most of the crowd was underwhelmed. Anyhow... The deftones fixed all of that by putting on a miraculous show and playing a lot of great songs that I was so happy to hear in person. Just wish I could have heard Knife Party or Passenger.

The show was great and the band was amazing, but vocals were hard to follow which I feel had something to do with the sound. Sound quality was a little iffy even while standing by the very front of ground floor. Also, food and drinks at Amerant Arena were ridiculously overpriced. Forcing us to throw our water bottles away while charging $7 for a dasani was a huge turn off. I don't think I'll be returning to this venue any time soon, if not for Deftones.

Fleshwater was hard to understand due to their sound settings. So I gave up on them after the first song. I never really got into Mars Volta, so they were...meh. Deftones rocked the entire night! Everyone stood up, Chino worked the entire stage as ALL artists should do, and they were the best band of the night. It didn't matter that the concert was on a Sunday night, for Deftones, we will show up. I've seen the Deftones 7 times now and I will always be a fan. Great job guys, great sound, and video effects on the background. Deftones Rule!!!

Opening band, Fleshwater, sounded TERRIBLE. They were confined to a little spot on stage and couldn’t make out any of their music. The Mars Volta sounded great but there was zero crowd work or enthusiasm, they came, played, left. Deftones was full of energy but I feel like their show would’ve worked at a smaller venue. I’ve seen numerous shows at Toyota Center and this was the most boring I’ve been to. They had a screen behind them that played some videos and occasionally live footage. Again, very little crowd work, they performed and left. This was my second Deftones show and unless they’re in smaller venues, it will be my last.

As always, like the last 6 times I've seen The Deftones, they've never disappointed. Chino sounds and moves as well as ever. Stephens guitar playing is still fantastic. The new bass player is real good. The drummer is real good. They now have a "second" guitar player as well. But he mostly stays in the shadows. Can say too much about Freshwater or Mars Volta. Just wasn't my groove. But Deftones definitely killed it. Thanx Chino.

The bands were amazing! Production, sound and lighting were stellar. Every band gave it their all and it was an amazing evening. Merch booths had an organizational problem and it took us two and a half hours to get to the front of the line because of line jumpers. Ride share, parking and public transit were difficult both going in and leaving the venue. Overall, it was super fun, just maybe put some stanchions for the merch line next time.

Loved the set and lineup, Gojira+Deftones was amazing. Crowd was pretty disappointing, older people either had great energy or none at all and just stood there with drinks. security is always tight at budweiser, but i wish theyd just let up slightly, the pit seemed calm for a numetal show i wish the original venue worked out but even still, it was a great night. Gojira and Deftones needs to come back soon!!! over all still great :) best sweet 16 ever

Everything about this event kicks a*s. They go all in on the Día de los Muertos theme with beautiful artwork, cempazúchitl and calaveras everywhere, face painting, people in costumes, and even some of the food. That alone gives this a different vibe than any other show. The other thing that sets Día de los Deftones apart is the lineup, always a wide variety of musicians from metal to hip hop to electronic, this year did not disappoint, culminating in a great performance by Deftones. With as much material as they’ve produced over the years it’s impossible to include ALL the fan faves, but they hit many of them as well as a couple of surprises like Goon Squad and 976-EVIL. Overall a great show!

First time going to see Deftones...HOLY S**T were they on fire! They played Passenger and Prince, two songs that me and my brothers didn’t think they’d ever play live but Chino unleashed his inner Maynard James Keenan and slayed it. Also, Chino’s screams we’re on point that night in almost every song. I know he kind of gets a bad rap because he can’t produce album quality vocals in a live performance, but he blew that out of the water. Now to the rest of the concert... Gojira slayed, that’s all there is to it, nothing more nothing less. Chrvches...they were really good but the crowd just wasn’t in to them because they were literally right before Deftones. So, it was unfortunate but they were still awesome. I hope they do the festival again next year!
